Windows of Opportunity is a Community Education enrichment program offered through Robbinsdale Area Schools. It provides recreation, education, and support for adults with disabilities. However, it is not necessary to have a disability to be able to attend the activities/classes.

There is a limited number of financial assistance dollars available for school district residents who qualify and are unable to pay the full registration fee.

Participants using scholarships or vouchers cannot get credit for their scholarships or vouchers on-line. Please call 763-504-6999 and register over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard

Online payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard.

Changes / Cancellations / Refunds
Full refunds will be given if classes are filled or cancelled by us or if you request a refund five business days prior to the first class (Trips and Outings have specific cancellation deadlines. See specific activity for details.). Otherwise class changes and /or cancellations will be granted only in the case of serious illness or family emergency and will be assessed a $5 processing fee. Please allow two to three weeks for check refunds to be processed.
